This listing is for the gorgeous, sparkly XXL elestial phantom amethyst twinning crystal cluster shown in the photos above. Measuring about 4" at her longest point, this cluster has two large, twinning amethyst phantom points. She also has two smaller points, and elestial etching on the sides of the two main points. Some of the points have white mineralization on top of looks like rough ice on a crystal mountain. The phantoms in the points are not well defined, but show up like beautiful, vibrant purple wisps of smoke within the points. The energy of this crystal feels very magical, intuitive and connected to spirit. She would be beautiful at the center of a crystal grid, as part of an altar or sacred space, or placed anywhere within your home to project her lovely energy.

This elestial amethyst cluster is a type of amethyst known as Jacaranda amethyst (named after the purple-colored Jacaranda tree) and comes from the Kolomo region of Zambia. Elestial crystals are identified by their multi-layered or "etched" appearance due to a step-and-repeat growth pattern.

Crystal twinning occurs when two or more crystals of the same type are oriented so that they share some of the same crystal lattice points symmetrically, causing the two separate crystals to bond to one another.

Phantoms occur when layers of overlapping crystal growth are visible within the crystal. Sometimes this looks like another defined point residing within the crystal point, and sometimes this feature is less well-defined and looks like colored lines or wisps of smoke within the crystal.
