This listing is for the incredible and huge polished garnet crystal sphere shown in the photos above. She measures approximately 2.5" in diameter and weighs a chunky 3/4 lb. This crystal has so many gemmy spots of deep, vibrant red, 100% natural and made by Mama Earth. This sphere is made of a rare type of garnet called Pyrope Garnet. The word Pyrope derives from the Greek word "pyropes", which means fiery-eyed, referencing this crystal's fiery red hue. This type of garnet is relatively rare and quite special.
